Serve in Your Shape

Fellowship believes all believers have been given gifts to share in building up the Body of Christ. We desire everyone who calls Fellowship home to find where God desires them to use these God-given gifts to further His Kingdom and purposes. Here are some questions to be processing as you look through the opportunities below. 1) Do you prefer serving directly or indirectly with other people? 2) What opportunities below spark joy and excitement? 3) What areas have you had people give positive feedback in when you have served in that capacity in the past? 4) What frequency am I available to serve?

Click on the heading that you are seeking and check out all the options you can try out to see if it is a fit. Email the contact person and find a time to check it out. Feel free to try multiple areas before committing. We want you serving where God would have you!

Home Church Leader

Fellowship's mission of equipping and releasing reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ is furthered greatly through our small group ministry called Home Church. We are looking for those with a heart for people and heart of hospitality to lead a group of 12-16 people deeper in their relationship with God and with others.

Being a key leadership role, there are some qualifications and expecations to serve in this capacity. You can check out both here. The commitment is for one year, leading every week during the Home Church calendar from August to May with some breaks scheduled throughout. If you have been in a Home Church for at least a year, this may be the place for you!

Please reach out to Michael Harrison, mharrison@fellowshipconway.org, if interested in beginning the conversation about leading a Home Church.

Connection Center Welcomer

We have guests come worship with us every week and are looking for those with the gift of hospitality to help make them feel welcomed. The role consists of being at the Connection Center before and after one service (currently we do not have anyone in this position during second service) - meeting, welcoming, and making feel welcome any guest that may come up to the Connection Center (you even get to be the one that gives them a gift). Also, being a warm presence saying hello to everyone checking out the resources or answering any questions someone may have about Fellowship.

You can serve every week or once a month. Biggest need is during the 10:45 AM service. If you are interested, please let Shane Wanamaker know at [swanamaker@fellowshipconway.org][3]. Main qualification is being a regular attender of Fellowship.

Greeter

First impressions matter and that why our greeting team is so important to our mission here at Fellowship. We are looking to expand our greeting team (especially during the 10:45 AM service, but need a few more during the 9:00 AM service as well) to welcome everyone God brings through the doors on Sunday.

We want our greeting team to reflect the diversity we have here at Fellowship so that when someone walks through the doors, they see someone like themselves represented on our greeting team. Whether it is passing out bulletins outside of the worship center or opening doors for people at one of our three entrances, we have a place for you.

An outgoing personality with a heart to make everyone feel at home is a great fit for this role. If you are interested, please let Shane Wanamaker know at [swanamaker@fellowshipconway.org][3]. Main qualification is being a regular attender of Fellowship.
